At the LiftNow Foundation
We are committed to building a world where mental health support is
accessible
to everyone, regardless of their background, location, or financial means.
We
believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that
everyone deserves the opportunity to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.
To achieve this vision, we have made it our mission to provide free, interactive experiences that incorporate evidence-based mental health strategies. Our approach is rooted in the latest research and best practices, and we are constantly innovating and refining our programs to ensure that they are as effective and impactful as possible.

LiftNow for Minecraft
LiftNow for Minecraft
We are using Minecraft’s embedded game mechanics, such as an automatic sleep
cycle and schedule, along with other added features, such as intuitive
goals,
penalties for not sleeping on time, and a modified questionnaire from the
Insomnia Severity Index to track the impact of the game on players.
LiftNow for Minecraft is built for the treatment of many lower acuity mental health problems, specifically Insomnia, using a mixture of sleep education and CBTi.
LiftNow is built on the familiar Minecraft platform with more than 126 million monthly active users and strong user engagement, enabling us to create custom, flushed-out video game treatments.
